The Talent Partner will lead end‑to‑end hiring for senior and leadership roles across product, engineering, sales, design, ops, and finance, driving pipelines, sourcing, and candidate experience. Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, they will partner with hiring managers to define roles, manage interview processes, and ensure high‑quality hiring decisions.
