About this role
An 18-month, grant-funded Senior Manager role leading City Year New York’s Talent Pathways Work Study Pilot focused on connecting college work-study students to Student Success Coach Intern roles and advancing career pathways into education and mental health. The position reports to the AmeriCorps Member Experience Director and is responsible for piloting and scaling a program model that integrates college partnerships and AmeriCorps service. This role is based in New York and is funded through June 2027.
