Talent & People Partner

The Talent & People Partner will be a key member of the team launching and scaling Covenant's Dallas manufacturing facility, combining recruiting, HR, and employee support to build and retain the workforce for a high-rate production environment. This hands-on role involves owning site recruiting, managing external staffing partners, supporting onboarding, and serving as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees. The position requires building scalable people infrastructure and ensuring compliance with employment laws while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
