Talent Program Design & Facilitation

The Talent Program Design & Facilitation role creates engaging, practical, and scalable learning experiences to help UCSF employees and people leaders effectively apply talent practices across the employee lifecycle. This position combines learning experience design, digital and visual design, facilitation, and AI fluency to develop high-quality virtual learning experiences, eLearning, and facilitator resources. The role partners with talent subject matter experts to translate complex content into simple, useful experiences that employees and managers can apply immediately.
