Talent Recruiter

The Talent Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for designated positions and departments within Monument Health. This role involves developing effective recruitment strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring process in collaboration with department representatives and the Human Resources team. The position also includes negotiating job offers, maintaining candidate records, and supporting special recruitment projects and events.
