Talent Sourcer

A Talent Sourcer at Flux is responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline of candidates during a significant growth phase, scaling the team from 25 to over 90 in a variety of technical and operational roles. The role involves developing and executing innovative sourcing strategies, conducting initial candidate assessments, collaborating with hiring managers, and refining sourcing processes to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent. The Talent Sourcer will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and maintain relationships with external sourcing partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
