The Talent Sourcer at Stoke is responsible for building and maintaining the top of the recruiting funnel to identify exceptional engineering and leadership talent. The role partners closely with hiring managers to shape sourcing strategies, hiring processes, and provide talent insights while working within a small, high-performing team. This position is onsite in Kent, WA and supports Stoke’s mission to scale reusable launch systems.
