Talent Specialist

Wasatch Peaks Credit Union is seeking a Talent Specialist to join its in-person HR/People Success Team, managing the candidate and new employee experience from position launch through successful transition. The role coordinates recruiting and hiring activities, administers the onboarding lifecycle, and partners with managers to ensure new employees are prepared for success. Additionally, the position shares responsibility for administering and supporting the Credit Union's employee benefit programs.
