Talent Squad Advocate

The Talent Squad Advocate provides exceptional member experiences by assisting with financial needs and processing account transactions in-branch or virtually through the Credit Union’s Interactive Teller Machine. This full-time, non-exempt role requires accurate processing of deposits, withdrawals, and loan transactions while maintaining compliance with banking regulations. The position involves supporting members with new technology, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional demeanor during all interactions.
