The Talent Wellbeing Specialist provides high-level customer service to colleagues, guiding them through leave and accommodations processes while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role involves administering benefit plans, supporting employees with selection and enrollment, and acting as a liaison between colleagues, managers, and third-party administrators. This position partners with HR Business Partners and Payroll teams to ensure accurate administration and continuous process improvements.
