About this role
The TFSR Engineering Manager at Eli Lilly will serve as the technical and administrative lead for Tank Farm & Solvent Recovery at the new Lebanon, IN API manufacturing site. This role is part of the greenfield site startup team supporting construction, project delivery, and the establishment of systems and processes to enable GMP manufacturing. The position contributes to building the facility, organization, and culture as the site transitions to full-scale operations (startup expected 2025–2027).
