About this role
A Target Security Specialist is an hourly Assets Protection team member who helps keep guests, team members, and the brand safe by mitigating theft, fraud, and other security risks. The role supports crisis response and crowd management, partners with store leaders and public safety officials, and uses Target’s video surveillance and case management systems. The position provides training and on-the-job development in security operations and safety practices.
