Target Security Specialist

As a Target Security Specialist, you will protect guests and team members by mitigating theft risks and resolving fraud incidents while maintaining a secure shopping environment. The role involves using intelligence-led tactics, managing de-escalations, operating video surveillance systems, and accurately documenting security cases. You will also actively support the store team, greet guests, and uphold ethical conduct and safety compliance standards throughout the retail location.
