Target Security Specialist

A Target Security Specialist works within the Assets Protection team to ensure store safety, mitigate theft risks, and maintain a secure environment for guests and employees. The role involves crisis response, crowd management, de-escalation, and using video surveillance systems to prevent and resolve security incidents. Team members are expected to interact with guests, document incidents accurately, and uphold physical security standards throughout the store.
