Targeted Housing Advisor

The London Borough of Sutton is hiring Targeted Housing Advisors on a 13‑week temporary contract to provide proactive, holistic housing advice and support, preventing homelessness and ensuring statutory duties are met. The role requires recent local authority Housing Options Officer experience, expert knowledge of Part VII of the Housing Act 1996 and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, and the ability to manage high caseloads and produce statutory decision letters.
