About this role
The Tax AI Associate enables adoption of AI and related technologies across Crowe’s tax organization by translating tax workflows into usable tools, repeatable workflows, and scalable training. The role bridges tax technical knowledge and AI/technology execution, working with tax SMEs and product/technology teams to deliver practical, user-focused solutions and responsible use within enterprise tools. It supports the full lifecycle from discovery and requirements through co-building, testing, and iterative improvement.
