Tax Associate Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Tax Associate to join a premier international law firm’s Tax Practice Group, focusing on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactional matters. The role involves advising leading companies, private equity sponsors, and investment funds on complex tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. Associates will work collaboratively with nationally recognized practitioners to manage significant components of transactions from the outset.
