Tax Associate – Transactional Tax

Direct Counsel represents an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a talented Tax Associate with 3–5 years of post-JD experience to join its Tax practice in Boston or New York. The role involves advising clients on complex transactional tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, and investments, while collaborating with attorneys across practice groups. This position offers an opportunity to work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions within a highly collaborative and nationally recognized practice.
