Tax Controversy Counsel

An experienced Tax Controversy Counsel is sought by an AmLaw 100 firm to independently manage sophisticated federal and state tax matters while working directly with clients and taxing authorities. The role involves representing clients in audits, examinations, administrative appeals, and tax litigation before the U.S. Tax Court and other courts. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a nationally recognized Tax practice and provide strategic advice on tax compliance and controversy matters.
