The Tax Counsel will join the expanding tax planning team to deliver comprehensive and accurate tax advice to key stakeholders across multiple business units. The position requires independently advancing assigned matters and providing practical advice under compressed timelines.

Responsibilities

Manage complex tax planning and transaction execution for renewable energy projects
Analyze tax consequences of acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures
Provide technical tax advice and evaluate uncertain tax positions under ASC 740
