Tax Director - International

The International Tax Director leads the firm’s international tax function, overseeing compliance, planning, and strategic guidance for clients with global operations. The role acts as the primary subject matter expert on complex U.S. and international tax rules, including cross-border transactions and transfer pricing. This position is a senior leadership role within the tax practice, working closely with internal teams and external advisors to manage risk and support international growth initiatives. It also carries responsibility for developing the international tax team and contributing to practice growth.
