Tax Manager

This role involves managing all aspects of corporate tax compliance, including federal and state income tax, indirect taxes, and audits. The incumbent will execute tax planning initiatives, prepare quarterly and annual ASC 740 calculations, and assist with defending tax filing positions. Reporting to the Tax Director, the position includes reviewing tax-related journal entries, disclosures, and internal controls within the Oil and Gas industry.
