Tax Services Coordinator

The Tax Services Coordinator supports the Ulster Financial Group’s Tax Services department by coordinating client administration, reviewing individual federal and state income tax returns, and assisting with bookkeeping and accounting services. The role involves using tax preparation and automation software to organize client documentation, support efficient workflows, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality. It also includes providing responsive client service, supporting front desk operations, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve review questions and improve processes.
