The Employment Tax Specialist, AVP at Blackstone is a newly created global role responsible for overseeing employment-related tax compliance, advisory, and risk management across the firm. The position partners with Equity, Payroll, Benefits, Tax and Finance teams to ensure compliance with employment tax legislation and to optimize tax efficiency for remuneration, equity and cross-border arrangements. It also acts as the subject-matter expert with tax authorities and supports due diligence and new office setups.
