About this role
The VITA Tax Specialist coordinates and administers the IRC’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program at an IRC tax site in El Cajon or San Diego. This short-term, full-time seasonal role (Dec 15–Apr 15) supports delivery of free tax preparation services to low-income individuals and families. The position works within the IRC’s Center for Financial Opportunity to advance economic empowerment through tax assistance and related services.

Qualifications
