Tax Supervisor

The Tax Supervisor provides day‑to‑day leadership and oversight to senior and staff tax associates, ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely completion of client deliverables. The role involves reviewing federal, state, and local tax returns, conducting tax research, identifying planning opportunities, and managing workflow and engagement budgets. Additionally, the supervisor mentors and coaches team members, supports technical issue resolution, and contributes to process‑improvement initiatives within the tax practice.
