About this role

The TB Diagnostic Network Coordinator supports Indonesia's National Tuberculosis Program by providing technical and operational assistance to strengthen diagnostic services and laboratory networks. The role involves collaborating with government entities, international partners, and the U.S. Department of State to implement TB interventions, manage specimen transport systems, and deliver capacity-building training. This position focuses on improving the quality of TB diagnostics and addressing implementation challenges within the national health infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for TB diagnostic service delivery and network expansion
Strengthen laboratory quality assurance systems across the national network
Support implementation of drug-susceptibility testing for drug-resistant TB
Coordinate with government counterparts and international partners on TB activities
Plan and deliver laboratory trainings and capacity-building activities for staff
