The TBM Methods Manager leads the development and coordination of construction methodologies for a major tunnelling project involving the assembly, launch, operation, turnaround, and retrieval of a large-diameter slurry Tunnel Boring Machine. This key engineering leadership role ensures that construction methods are technically robust, safe, practical, and deliverable throughout the TBM lifecycle. The position involves leading a small methods team, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing technical direction and support for complex underground infrastructure operations.
