TBM Supervisor

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day supervision of Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) excavation activities for a major road infrastructure project in South Australia. The incumbent coordinates crews, monitors production, resolves operational issues, and ensures work is completed safely and efficiently in accordance with project specifications. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, maintenance, and construction teams to achieve project milestones in a 24/7 operational environment.
