The AV Operations Technician – Level 3 is an experienced, solutions-oriented technician responsible for supporting advanced video conferencing and in-room AV technology across corporate environments. The role operates with minimal supervision, serves as an escalation point for lower tiers, and contributes to design, commissioning, and turnover of new and retrofitted AV systems. The technician ensures systems meet client specifications and global performance standards while supporting onsite events and regional AV logistics.
