Teacher Assistant

This position serves as a Teacher Assistant for a Head Start classroom, sharing responsibility for the classroom and working collaboratively with teachers, families, and staff to achieve positive outcomes for children of all abilities. The role involves implementing a child-centered curriculum, addressing challenging behaviors, and documenting children's progress to support their development across all domains. Additionally, the Teacher Assistant fosters partnerships with families, assists with lesson planning, and ensures the safety and security of children in accordance with licensing requirements.
