Teacher (III/IV)

This position is responsible for the total operation of an assigned classroom, ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, DHS licensing, and NAEYC accreditation requirements. The role involves providing high-quality teaching practices, utilizing developmental screening tools, and fostering strong relationships with families and community partners. The incumbent works under the supervision of a Master Teacher and a Teacher (III/IV) to support child development and classroom management.
