This position involves facilitating the Success 101 curriculum to help high school students develop self-awareness, career interests, and workplace readiness skills. The role focuses on guiding students through the creation of ten-year plans, integrating academic content with real-world projects, and fostering relationships with students, staff, and the community. The teacher will collaborate with a Freshman Academy team to monitor student progress and implement interventions to ensure success.
