Teacher – Special Ed

The Special Education Teacher serves as a Case Manager responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of student IEPs while monitoring student progress and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district policies. This role involves providing specially-designed instruction using research-based methodologies and collaborating with general education teachers to support student success in the general curriculum. The position requires maintaining accurate records, communicating with parents and staff, and supervising paraprofessionals as needed.
