Teacher

The Teacher creates and maintains a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, providing positive educational experiences for all students within the framework of Board policies and state regulations. The role involves developing curriculums, teaching efficiently using prescribed methods, and instilling morality and character in pupils. The position requires adherence to Florida B.E.S.T. Standards and Waldorf expectations while supervising and mentoring teacher interns and associates.
