Teacher

The Teacher at Pathfinder Early Learning Center plans and executes developmentally appropriate learning experiences for enrolled children while partnering with families to deliver individualized programming. This role involves adhering to Indiana Child Care Licensing Guidelines and NAEYC standards to create a supportive and engaging classroom environment. The position requires maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering social-emotional development through the Conscious Discipline Curriculum.
