Teacher

The MTSS ELA Intervention Teacher delivers targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 reading and literacy instruction to students performing below grade-level expectations within a pull-out or push-in schedule. This non-homeroom role focuses on small group and individual intervention to ensure measurable growth on universal screening and progress-monitoring data. The position requires close collaboration with classroom teachers, the MTSS team, and support staff to implement interventions with fidelity and support referral decisions.
