YOUNG MENS CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION
This position serves as the lead worker in a Head Start classroom, responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising all classroom activities for typically developing children and those with disabilities. The role involves developing curriculum, maintaining a safe learning environment, and fostering strong relationships with families and the community. The Teacher also acts as a social service referral person and collaborates with an integrated team to support program goals.
