Teacher

The Teacher creates and maintains a respectful classroom culture that fosters safe and productive learning for children ages 3–5. In partnership with families and program supports, the role involves developing and implementing developmentally appropriate, child-initiated, culturally integrated curriculum centered on social-emotional learning and school readiness. The position requires compliance with Head Start Performance Standards, Vermont Child Care Licensing Regulations, and NAEYC guidelines while fostering an inclusive environment.
