Teaching Assistant SEND Apprenticeship

A Teaching Assistant SEND Apprenticeship at Millstead Primary School supports pupils with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, or autism in a positive and inclusive environment. The role involves assisting class teachers with lesson delivery, adapting learning activities, providing personal care, and contributing to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing. Apprentices will work towards the Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship while gaining experience in curriculum planning, assessment, and classroom management.
