Teaching Assistant

Outwood Academy Normanby is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work directly with teachers in implementing tailored learning activities and providing academic and welfare support to students. The role involves assisting within the Alternative Resource Provision, delivering interventions for SEND and EAL students, and helping to develop individualised support plans. This position requires a passionate and adaptable individual committed to removing learning barriers and enabling every student to reach their potential.
