Team Captain Operations

As a Team Captain in Operations at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you will lead store operations across both on-field and off-floor execution to ensure a consistent, athlete-ready experience. You will coach your team to deliver strong execution across merchandising, pricing, and signage on the sales floor, while also supporting inventory and fulfillment processes behind the scenes. You will manage priorities and guide your team to deliver operational excellence that directly impacts the athlete experience through accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.
