About this role

As a Group Leader on Baxter's Blood Pressure Cuffs team, you will lead a group of operators to prioritize work and execute production plans while ensuring safe, quality-driven processes. You will set up, run, and maintain automated machines, troubleshoot issues using root cause analysis, and serve as a liaison to escalate concerns. Additionally, you will maintain departmental standards, perform scrap transactions in SAP, and inspire operators to meet delivery, quality, and cost objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of operators to meet production goals
Set up, run, and maintain automated machines in the Cuff Department
Troubleshoot machining issues using root cause analysis
Escalate concerns and serve as a liaison between operators and supervisors
Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to 6S and safety standards
