Team Lead, Collections

The Team Lead, Collections oversees the collection of all leasing and third-party bill-to-customer cards, manages auditor samples, and ensures the collection of all receivables due to the company. This role involves developing effective collection strategies, mentoring Accounts Receivable analysts, and managing a team of 3-5 Collectors. The position requires collaboration with management to evolve collection processes and ensure compliance with policies and federal regulations.
