Team Lead, Data & Analytics

The Team Lead, Data & Analytics provides day-to-day people and technical leadership for a small team delivering trusted, reusable data and analytics solutions. The role focuses on creating semantic and contextual layers, shared metrics, and ontology-informed structures on the enterprise Lakehouse to support consistent reporting, self-service analytics, and emerging AI-enabled experiences. Working with business stakeholders and technical teams, the Team Lead translates business concepts into governed data products while ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational standards.
