Team Lead, GL

The Team Lead, GL oversees global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all close deliverables. This role involves reviewing and approving journal entries, account reconciliations, and other general ledger accounting activities while supervising and mentoring senior and staff accountants. The position serves as the primary liaison for internal and external audits and ensures compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements. Additionally, the role partners with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues, drive process improvements, and support special finance initiatives.
