Team Lead, Internal Controls Assurance

Based in Manila or Cebu and reporting to the Manager, Internal Controls Assurance, this role leads Global Internal Controls Assurance testing across Global Finance to assess the adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of financial accounting and reporting internal controls. The position has people management responsibilities, supervises direct reports, and has a dotted reporting line to the Head of Group Finance Operational Risk & Assurance. It also supports continuous improvement initiatives and partners with global stakeholders.
