Team Lead, Learning and Development

This role provides technical instructional design and eLearning development expertise while leading a small team to support strategic learning and development initiatives. The position involves analyzing learning needs, designing and developing accessible learning solutions, and managing learning technology implementations to enhance organizational effectiveness. The Team Lead also oversees project planning, stakeholder collaboration, and the evaluation of training programs to ensure alignment with company goals and accreditation standards.
