Team Lead Operations Analytics & Hardware Performance (all genders)

As the Team Lead Operations Analytics & Hardware Performance, you will oversee the development and management of a remote team focused on the technical monitoring of parking facility systems. The role includes analyzing hardware performance, identifying anomalies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process and product improvements. You will be responsible for setting performance goals and fostering a high-performing team culture, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate has a background in Business Informatics or (Industrial) Engineering, with at least three years of experience in Operations Analytics or Site Reliability Engineering, and possesses strong technical and communication skills.
