Team Lead, Underwriting (Remote First)

The Team Lead, Underwriting at Zensurance oversees the day-to-day operations of the Operational Underwriting Team to support the company’s strategic objectives and profitable growth. The role focuses on leading and developing a team of underwriters and underwriting assistants while maintaining a high-performance, collaborative culture. It also serves as a key liaison with broker teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth underwriting operations and strong end-to-end processes. This position is remote-first within Canada and sits within a fast-growing InsurTech environment.
